Stan McCarthy

With more than four decades in the masonry industry, Stan McCarthy has been a steady leader and advocate for masonry across Texas. During his career with Acme Brick Company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Texas, he strengthened relationships across the industry while promoting the use of brick and masonry in communities statewide.

A past President and longtime board member of the Texas Masonry Council, McCarthy helped guide the merger of the Southwest Brick Institute into TMC and played a key role in building one of the nation’s strongest networks of local masonry ordinances. His leadership also helped shift the industry’s focus toward workforce development and education.
