PAYMENTS
Payment must accompany the registration form! Conference registration
will NOT be processed or confirmed until payment is received.
Only U.S. dollars are accepted.

REGISTRATION
FEES
EARLYBIRD REGISTRATION
$375 per person - Must register before July 25, 2008
Does not include the Golf Tournament, Fishing Tournament or
Historic Galveston Tour.
GROUP REGISTRATION
$325 per person
Available when five or more people from the same company register.
Does not include the Golf Tournament.
STANDARD REGISTRATION
$425 per person - After July 25, 2008
Does not include the Golf Tournament, Fishing Tournament or
Historic Galveston Tour.
SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION
$200 per person - Applies to spouse or guest of one of the
above registrants Includes Thursday Evening's Welcome Reception,
Friday's Texas Seaport Museum Cocktail Reception and Dinner,
Silent Auction by the Bay at the Fisherman’s Wharf,
Saturday’s Golden Trowel Reception and dinner at The
Davidson Building and Golden Trowel Awards at The Strand Theatre.
CANCELLATION
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing
by July 14, 2008. Your registration fee will be refunded,
less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made after
this date. Substitutions are allowed at the appropriate rates
and may be made by phone, fax or e-mail until July 31, 2008.
REFUNDS
Refunds, less a $100 processing fee per registrant, will be
granted for cancellations received in writing at the TMC office
by July 10, 2007. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation
after this date. “No-shows” are responsible for
full conference payment. You can e-mail your cancellation
request to Valerie Burkhart at vburkhart@rector-duncan.com,
or fax to (512) 451-9599. Cancellation requests may also be

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If you are unable to attend the conference and have already
registered, you may designate another person to take your
place. Substitutions are allowed at the appropriate rates
and may be made by phone, fax or e-mail until July 31, 2008.
CONFIRMATION
All paid registrations will be confirmed via e-mail within
five working days after the payment is processed. If you do
not provide an e-mail address, your confirmation will be mailed.
Please note that it will take longer to receive your confirmation
this way. Changes to original registration information (e.g.,
job title) must be submitted in writing by fax or mail and
are best accomplished prior to your arrival. If you do not
receive a confirmation within 10-15 days of submitting your
registration, contact the Texas Masonry Council at
vburkhart@rector-duncan.com.
