Exhibiting Information

The Texas Masonry Council Convention 2008 is an excellent marketing platform to meet and build strategic partnerships with your target market. Make your presence significant to share how in-depth your expertise is and how your new technologies and products can help architects and mason contractors improve their efficiency and effectiveness in the construction industry.

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS

This August, TMC will provide a forum where the industry can gather to evaluate new products and services, seek new alliances, exchange ideas and learn from one another. This makes the convention the ideal place for you to generate leads, introduce new products, establish company presence, educate customers and increase brand awareness.

All convention exhibitors will receive the following items as part of their benefits
package:

• Skirted 8' table top booth with two chairs.
• Acknowledgement in the official onsite program-includes company description, logo and marketing contact information.
• Promotion on the exhibitor recognition section of the TMC web site.
• Electronic copy of the advanced attendee registration list.
• Electronic copy of the final attendee registration list.
• Access to all functions held in the Exhibit Hall.


EXHIBITOR CONTRACT

To exhibit at the TMC Convention on August 15 a completed Exhibitor Contract must be submitted with payment to TMC. Click here to open the Exhibitor Contract.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION

Payment of booth fees is due in full with a signed exhibitor contract. Cancellations must be made in writing. Exhibitors canceling space after July 1 will be responsible for the total fee of the exhibit space reserved.


BOOTH ASSIGNMENT

Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Every effort will be made to place exhibitors in their preferred locations. However, even with these efforts it is not always possible to assign the requested area. TMC reserves the right of final decision and the right to amend floor plans to relocate exhibits as necessary.


EXHIBIT SPACE FEES

Exhibiting at the convention is a cost effective way to generate leads, introduce new products, establish company presence, educate customers and increase brand awareness.

Members exhibit for only $375. Non-Members pay $750 for exhibit space.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Please take the time to read through the following Terms & Guidelines for Exhibitors.

Exhibit Space Application
Applicants for exhibit space are required to execute and forward an Exhibit Contract to TMC along with full payment for the space reserved. Any exhibitor failing to occupy space is not relieved of the obligation of paying the full rental.

Payment/Cancellation

Confirmation
Upon acceptance of your Exhibit Contract and payment, the contact person named at the top of the form will receive a confirmation letter providing conference details. This official contact person is responsible for providing onsite representatives with time schedules and other pertinent information.

Booth Assignment

File Formats for TMC Web Site Promotions
